Boba Guys, a startup milk tea and snack bar, is hiring for our new storefront in the Mission. We are seeking milk tea enthusiasts who are passionate about the craft of bubble tea. Our “Bobatender” will learn the art of bubble tea and serve our amazing clientele. We will also serve snacks and coffee, so barista experience is a plus!

Candidates should be comfortable with multi-tasking around a kitchen and be up for an occasional catering gig. If you enjoy meeting new people every day, this job is for you.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Being “good with your hands”: making bubble tea, coffee and espresso drinks, assorted snacks like Hong Kong-style egg waffles

• Assisting customers with purchases, sharing tea knowledge (we will train you), and putting a smile on people’s faces

• Coordinating deliveries with food partners (i.e. product will be dropped off in the morning and afternoon)

• Standard back-bar kitchen duties: cleaning equipment, mopping, and taking out recycling (we’re zero waste!)

This position will require a flexible schedule, including 2-3 weekdays and weekends. Hours will be 15-20 hrs/week. We are currently looking for our second location while ramping up wholesale distribution, so we want long-term employees who have a natural curiosity and passion for food startups.
